A co-founder of Flinn Ferguson, Dan has more than 19 years of consulting, analysis, marketing and negotiations experience for a broad base of corporate clients. His deep expertise includes preliminary analysis of client's needs, market summaries, financial analysis and complex lease negotiations.

Prior to the inception of Flinn Ferguson in 1995, Dan was a top producer at CB Commercial where his primary responsibility was representing corporate clients.

Dan received his Bachelor of Arts degree, from the School of Architecture at the University of Washington, after participating in the Architecture in Rome program.
