Hans Kemp

Hans Kemp provides tenant representation services to office and life sciences organizations throughout the Northwest.

Hans began his Real Estate career in 1995 with Teutsch Partners. In 1999, he co-founded the Seattle office of The Staubach Company, which sold to Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008. Hans remained at JLL as Managing Director until joining Flinn Ferguson as Principal in 2013.

Hans has diverse experience in many facets of corporate real estate, including lease negotiations, structured financing, build-to-suit developments, purchase and sale, and strategic consulting assignments. His experience spans several industry sectors, including traditional office, life sciences, telecommunications, public sector, healthcare, aerospace, legal and hi-tech. Hans’ areas of expertise include strategic planning, site selection, financial analysis, negotiation, property acquisition and disposition. His consistent and detailed approach has earned him a high number of repeat and referral engagements from his clients.

Hans holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Oregon. He is a licensed real estate sales person in Washington and Oregon states and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club and various committees for the WBBA.
